My name is Ramón Arenaza and I am the person at R A Property Consultants who will be looking after our relationship with you – though you may, on a day to day basis, deal with other people in the company. I am the Director of the Company.
We are a limited company based in Ibiza, Spain. We are a family business working in real estate since 1978, mainly in the island of Ibiza, although we may have, from time to time, some property for sale in the island of Formentera. We manage residential, industrial and hotel sales, we advise and manage new developments and provide profesional advise to foreign real estate companies wishing to enter the island´s real estate market.
I am a registered Spanish real estate agent, and we are also members of the London-based Association of International Property Proffessionals (AIPP). We have got a limited management capacity, therefore we try to select the properties on sale, offering a reduced and dedicated portfolio.
